SVC, CS has decided not to increase management fee, CC is the only one in TC North still discussing this issue. We residents please put pressure on MO & OC. Economy is not that good, and there are too many things need to be improved in CC, in tendering process, and cost saving, etc. Therefore, I believe an estate like CC's scale should not increase management fee. Thanks.

but who can decide?  our 14 respectable so-called representatives?  how about cutting cost than increase?  say why are they repainting the wall?  I can accept that it need to be done from phrase 1-3, but phrase 4??

MO decides, but everything must be reasonable, and OC monitor MO, and communicate with MO on behave and interest of we owners. I hope our OCs can speak for us, thanks all.

As I have noted elsewhere, thanks to Willem's tireless efforts we hope we will at least get no increase in management fees, and he deserves a round of applause for that.

As for Dber's post, I believe the Developer is doing this painting, so it is not costing us anything, but we are also pissed off at the ugly bamboo scaffolding and the amount of time it will be up, and will raise this at the next DOC.

So Dber, your comments are not appreciated, because they are firstly just plain wrong (we are working to cut the management fee and deal with the repainting) and they are needlessly antagonistic and belligerent.  So cut the crap, please.

Yeah, bravo bravo, applaud, applaud...

Is it because the DOC finally stop pushing the MO to look into the possibility of rebuilding the lifts to limit the use of dog owners?

Good man Jonathan and well done to all of you on the DOC for convincing the management not to put up the
fees.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to the negative bunch on the forum if their are not willing to attend meetings and take part in the decision making through the official channels then they have no right to complain.

Thank you Newstart, and I guess it is unnecessary to point out what a dumb comment that was on the part of Dber.  That idea was not supported by many on the OC and was quickly dismissed.  Of course, it had nothing to do with the budget.

Negative bunch ?? From the time you started posting a week or two ago, it's been nothing but hate filled posts towards pet owners tending to over exaggerate a situation and at most times create a fictitious issue. Well, you've blown your cover taking your modus operandi a bit too far. You've tried changing identities - but the hate filled posts continue, I might add - bordering racism.

From sensible and logical perspective, you should have been wiser to pick on the errant owners, not the pets. But  you preferred to show us that your common sense and logic was evidently grossly lacking. I guess being wise was asking for too much. You generalized all errant owners as one & all to prove just how low you really are in your thought process. Now you refer to clarifications from neutral standpoints and responsible pet owners as negativity which displays a great deal of intelligence.

It's nice to see your tenant-two-cents now and then, because indeed it helps endorse the fact just how un-important you really are. Well done - keep on outdoing yourself. And, try and please be more regular with your garbage. There are people here who fancy upstart gibberish !!!

Quote "a blah blah blah" Unquote    reply would be may I say "perfect"
