I have to congratulate our DOC and especially Mr. Stanley.

From the full page item in todays SCMP page C4 (Wednesday 3 Dec 08) it seems the HK Govt is entertaining the idea of taking back the upkeep and maintanance of Tung Chung public open spaces...

Well done.

How about the DOC ask the MTR what savings we will have on the man fee if the Govt take it back... I dont want to be a cynic however I can see a situaiton arising if it is taken back, the MTR may tell us it really did not cost a lot to maintain so there will be no reduction in man fee...  Wink

Careful there ZZ Top - you could be termed negative with negativity ... ! But hey it's negativity that attracts negativity, right ? So you're good for now.

Be positive and keep that mindset
