With mini transparent case, 19" LCD, 7.1 speakers and Microsoft Natural Wireless keyboard/mouse it's a complete system that would be a great for the bedroom or study.
Will throw in a wireless wifi station & USB receiver for FREE so you can use this anywhere in the house w/ another system or laptop.

That first review is from 2003...  how old is your PC?

Bought in 2004. 

The graphics & sound card were solid "back then" but still offer interesting advantages like tv-tuner/AV breakout box w/ Media Center remote for video card
and DVD-A/THX certification for sound card.  The Creative Inspire T7700 7.1 speakers will still shake a room and the monitor is an OK size.

Reason I'm selling is that I've got a new iMac.
