Energy Saving

I was just watching TVB News.

There was an item about Ma Wan which said they have got a 1 month rebate on their managment fee as they have introduced energy saving. They have put light sensors on escalators etc so they only operate when people walk onto them etc etc.

Can someone in the OC consider this action for CC?

If possible, we could extend this to P.U.C - Pollution Under Control in regards to idling Shuttle Buses.
