A friend is seeking a higher floor C or F flat (on the 50th floor or higher.)

He considers to pay up to $2 million (actually $1.99 Million, since he wants to avoid the Stamp tax.)

Anyone have one for sale?

The Investor is back !, along with the "own-use" buyer

Q1 prices rose 5.5% in HK says Centaline.

Meanwhile, in Tung Chung, the agents are talking about the mysterious Mainland buyer who was a "walk-in" to one of the agencies on Saturday morning (?).  Before the weekend was over, he/she had bought 5 flats, including 4 in Caribbean Coast.

There seems to be some new enthusiasm in the property market.

Are the High Floor 2BR apartments below HK$2 Million sold out now?

From the response here, that does seem to be the case.

Did "the friend" get one?

MORE about what he is seeking:
+ Any tower in phase 2,3, or 4.  Might even consider phase 1 "if cheap enough"
+ Not keen to pay $1.99 million, but would "pay as much as that", if the flat is very nice, and on high enough floor
+ Will consider flats "with tenants", but would want a discount to market price, and a tenancy of under one year

I have seen flat sales reported within these parameters, so wonder if the sellers are raeding this post?  And of so, why not proviode some details by PM?

Looks like he missed the market, prices seem to be pretty firm now.
No real bargains left
