CAN ANY ONE HELP ME I WANT TO START COOKING CLASS IN CLUB HOUSE HOW CAN I START ?

I think the clubhouse does not have a food licence.

About time someone asked the MTR MO why they spend so much time on all but the club house, cant b  because they dont get a 10% override no the club house could it?

Cooking classes where the food is not for retail don't require a FEHD Restaurant license however I don't know where you be able to conduct the classes if they would require a heat source such LPG or hot plates.

Unfortunately I think it's a non starter as you will come up against a multitude of MO concerns. No money in it for them you see.

There is a Chef in DB that runs a cooking 'school' from his apartment in DB. Ask him what he did to get this passed. You will find his number on the DB website or in the magazine.
