Want to purchase an apartment in Caribbean Coast in phase 2, 3 or 4. Flat A on a high floor 45/F or above, in original condition - without any structural modifications. Please PM or phone Amanda on 6342-4330.

Do u want this floor as it will be above the new high rises that r going up on the waste land in front of CC?

You should also think about a Mt. View as it wont bebuilt on.

Also there is less dust coming from the Mt side of the development and you can sit in the eveings on your balcony and watch the wildlife forridge for food.

I have not yet seen heards of wilderbeast sweeping majesticy across the hills built if you look carefully you can see the odd water buffalo and clalf wandering around. Also there are some wild pigs that make life interesting.  Grin

I shouldnt think it would matter so much for the higher floors, especially in phase 4

Some very nice prices being achieved for higher floor large flats now.

An agent just told me that an H-flat in Tower 10 on a "high floor" (40's?) went for $4.2 Million.
Apparently, this has shocked the market somewhat since some buyers think they can still buy high floor flats at under $4.0 Million.

But, hey, who knows.  There might be some sellers of A flats out there, who have some different price ideas, or the market "heat" we have be seeing may cool off.  Some agents thought last weekend was quiet, because of flu related concerns.  Were they temporary, or are they still around?
