Walking around CC lately I have had to do less poo dancing. Do we have less dogs or is it being picked up?

Cheers,

Vince

Hi Vince,

I just moved here and I was aware from this forum of a lot of complaints about dog mess and smells.  I have not experienced a particular problem and was beginning to wonder what all the fuss was about.  So, with regard to your question I would say there is less.  I think the poll is difficult to answer as I can't answer yes to more and less and I can't answer no to more or less.  I can say YES there is less.

Perhaps the subtle pressures are working?

Cheers.

less cleaners in CC thx to the previous ph 3 oc + their friendly oc in ph 2 and 4 who supported the more expensive cleaning contract with less workers...........................

now the past ph 3 oc team are all kicked out by residents votes and left the issues to be fixed by the new oc, poor formal owners representatives who were acting against owners expectation, MTR is happy for more MR for a more expensive contract.............

more interesting, the last ph 3 oc team in thier flyer mentioned they can reduce the spending by further cut labour to match the "already 4 million deficit budget"...................who doesn't know buying less costs less, who agreed them to balance an expensive budget by lowering our estate management quality? they are their friends, are they really represeting us owners???

Sorry, I disagree.  Where is it more and more?  I hardly ever see any.  I think CC is no worse and in some ways it can be said to be better than some other places in this regard.

Happy to be put right if I am wrong but I simply can't agree that there is more and more dog poo around.  Tell us where it all is, so we can all agree....

walk in from behind CC into the 'estate' at circle K (between tower 12 & 15) the stench welcomes you from 50m away. Prefer not to walk along Kin Tung Rd in the dark as "you never know"

I noticed that many male dog owners never spray water after there's dog pee and dont care any pag or paper to pick up after...

Sorry to say but I saw many local people who dont even worry about picking up or cleaning after theres doggies...

I see it all the time too and more and more people walk there dogs on the estate and can't even be bothered to take there supposedly much loved pets for a proper walk. I don't understand why such people got a dog to start with when they don't want to be responsible for it.

I had to move out of CC and rent my place as it was like living in a kennel. I had 4 dogs on my floor and the place began to stink with bags of dog poo in the hopper bin on hot days....its the pits and the MO don't care about the smell or the constant barking. My advice is to move to a place the mutts can't get to. Apparently the new park nearly finished beside CC has been named Do Shi Par in honour.

Not so vocal these days Vince x
