Hi if you have a 1 bedroom flat available that is fully furnished for rent please let me know. we need it fron the end of oct.

BTW, I suppose you know that the smallest flats in CC are 2BR

oh 2 bedroom is also fine if you have a flat available for 3 to 6 months starting from late oct let me know..

Sorry.
I dont think you would like the price.

If I were offering a flat for 3-6 months, it would only be at a premium
to the 12 months price
