I see from Jeff Lam's various posts that MTR have refunded several millions of over charged pre operating expenses.

Could anyone tell me where the money has gone? How it's going to be allocated and for what purpose?

Very worrying that no one seems to know where the money is or who controls it Huh

As my elected representative and the person claiming to have recovered this money, could Jeff Lam answer my question?

He's back now but for once is very silent. For some reason he doesn't like the Jerry Maguire "show me the money question"?

Strange or what?

From my understanding the home owners committee of phase 1 were trying to claim it.

I went to an owners meeting some months ago when a phase 1 member of the owners committee was trying to get her grubby little hands on it. Did she get it allocated to phase 1 or is it being held as working capital for the entire estate?

I believe Jeff Lam has resigned from Phase III OSC following the motion for his dismissal by EGM. Sorry Icarus but you may never know.

I dare say they will co-opt a replacement from their clique. So much for democracy. Faces change but the regime doesn't.

the resignation has nothing to do with the so-called EGM on 23/9, reasons have been expressed in the notice at lobbies now. The main concern is to stop people who love to personally after me who actually affect the estate and committee operation which then becomes very bad to residents. Power and position to me means nothing but the tool to help people, I feel pity to those who only want to gain power but never give anything good to residents. I will keep working for owners no matter where I am. And I must thx to those who support me. I will and I will only stand on the same side with our residents. Thanks again.
