People.... Does it matter if Jeff Lam is trying to self promote?  At least he cares.  I think some of you can't see the wood for the trees.

Everything I have read that JL has written makes complete sense and is common sense.  If he self promotes himself all the way to CE of HK.. what the hell does it matter?  Good for him.  A lot of these other jokers making obviously stupid remarks that we are all prepared to pay more is not to be trusted.  I think we can, just, trust JL based on what eh says he will do -- if he lets us all down we can just ignore him.  Sounds simple to me.

I wish I had the energy to put up with all this game playing.  All I know is that the costs are increasing in what seems to be an unacceptable way, barely any of the owners can be bothered about it and JL seems the most dedicated to the cause.

That's what I think.

CC NEEDS YOUR HELP TOO!

PH 2 just had election but MTX friends still won by the help of MTX and their friends. Unfair practice and use of estate resouce to help their existing OC are very unnaceptable. Firstly they stopped candidate 267 to promote, or even to stand on P floor which is a public space that even non-owners can stand there. In contrast, they helped the existing OC to print flyers TWICE aand use our security staff to insert twice to all our mailboxes.

They also always choose a friday with tvb drama ends on that night so less residents attend the meeting so that collected proxy to pro-MTR friends can win, which is the same case as the past lift, cleaning, security, clubhouse EGM meeting date as well as the coming suttle bus FRIDAY EGM day again.

A member of Ph 4 and the EX members of PH 3 and their fans also went to PH 2 and door knock all units to collect proxy. What they said in such a private talk may be misleading. Why MO and security allowed all these happen?

We small owners must be united, get more involvement and join actions to break the MTX and their friends' proxy. I hope more facts disclosed and more dirty tricks they do can really motivate more owners to join us and fight for justice in our community, I look forward to having more quiet owners in this forum to join us.
