Bazaar closed from midnight until 5am

not sure if you've seen the notice, but what's the point? From 1st of Jan the bazaar will be shut between 0.00 and 5.00

Have there been any incidents/vandalism/theft etc?
For the people who enjoy a beer at 7-11: pee like the dogs in the bushes?

or is it just another annoy-the-resident exercise?

Then how do you go to hourly car park. All the way round in the open and get drenched in the night when it rains??!!!
