With lack of consultation, MTX closed the PH II clubhouse last year to save cost to cover all their own over spending on the cost of cutting our living standard.

Also lack of consultation again, MTX is opening our PH II Clubhouse tomorrow with both the indoor and outdoor pool open. OPening the indoor pool is a good idea but also opening the outdoor pool with million dollars or costs in still the winter may have special reason.

What reason? well, to make here LOOKS good so CK can start selling PH V, so we are paying the cost to make them sell better/higher price, etc.

Under the current situation, they are doing anything they like and we have no say, with help from MTX friends, they claim they have good representative to support their silly decision to betroy our interest and rights. COME ON, ACT TOGETHER AND JOIN US TO PROTECT OUR OWN RIGHTS, SUPPORT ME AND PH I AND III OC PLEASE, I HATE TO SEE CARIBBEANCOAST TO HAVE NO SURPLUS NEXT YEAR. HATE TO SEE MANAGEMENT FEE INCREASE, IF WE DON'T ACT TO HELP OURSELVES, WHO CAN STAND FOR US?

I dont see why Jeff is so upset as it is user pays and I am very happy to pay a few shekles to take advantage of the pool. Yes yes, summer is on its way.

I wouldn't say summer in coming in winter, instead, I prefer to say the Chinese new year is coming, it will be colder and more rain. I am not upset about the pool and payment method, I am upset if there is hidden reason to open the outdoor pool so suddenly in early Feb in winter, especially if we owners paying the costs for the benefit of someone else. Don't you feel upset for this?

Speaking of the management fee, I thought it was set to go up in January.  But my bill is the same... did it get shot down?

After strong objection from PH I and III OCs, Management fee has been fixed this year. However, we must know that if the management office (and their friends/fans) keep spending $$$ like this, we will have no surplus within the next 2 years, so sooner or later we will have to increase our fee anyway. The best way to overcome this problem is to improve the way they tender, and thy way they spend our $$$. To influence them, the best way is to support good OCS and replace bad OCs with good people, so we can have an united voice speaking for owners/residents instead of developers/MTX. Thanks.

Well, I am kind of glad the PHII pool, will be open earlier than we thought, but the expenses will probably outweigh the variable income.  Jeff Lam may be correct abiout the potential wastage.  Why do't they open the PhI pool also?

Opening the pool has no problem at all, but closing it last year to cover MTX's own over spending with cutting our services is not acceptable. If opening is for the propose of selling the HOUSES for the developer then it is a double mistake. I totally support any cost saving without cutting our living standard, and I also totally disagree with using our resource for the benefit of developer.
