As much as Le Blow Bleu has helped CS's prices?  (talking about the houses, not the La Rossa twins and their six stunted cousins)

CS has been above CC.  Did Le Bleu help sustain that?
Or is it just because of the greater distance to CC?

The distance is a good explanation.

What I find is that, a property loses $200-$500 per sf for every minute of commuting time
from Central.

And so:

Kowloon C., Sorrento :  $11,457 - 8 mins. / $ 0,000 disc /00 min = $000
Olympic, Park Avenue: $ 8,364 - 14 mins / $ 3,093 disc / 06 min = $516
Tsing Yi, Tierra Verd. : $ 6,175 - 21 mins / $ 5,282 disc / 13 min = $406
Tung Chung, Carib. C : $ 3,303 - 42 mins / $ 8,154 disc / 34 min = $239

Upgrading signs:

...
+ Hospital coming
When? This is the first I've heard of this. (Clearly it was more important to build a dog park and the new Colosseum near Ngong Ping cable car before something as basic as a hospital...)

heard that there is only 1 house left in CC.

The show flat at a reported $39mn asking price !

That's a lot for the decoration

This success, is totally due to my "ramping" here, according to some who do not understand how the market works, and are looking for someone to "blame" for prices moving up.

I heard only the two most expensive not sold.

No wonder.  Someone told me that they wanted $39mn for the show flat.

The market is strong at CC too.
We sold our G-flat late Sunday, and another friend sold his phase.1 flat yesterday
