REFUND OF UNPAID MANAGEMENT FEE FROM MTR

after legal battle filed in SVC, followed by our request to refund the unpaid management fee from all 4estates in TC, MTR is considering and counting the refund to CC, CS, TCC now while SVC already got the refund 3 months ago. Here will provide another total of 6 million dollars refund back to our lovable estates. I hope our work can help to improve our estate financial position and reduce the chance to increase maangement fee. Thx for all support and we will keep working hard for residents.  Thx again.

I hope MO MUST count it carefully cos I believe CC should get much more refund than what MO claims. Making sure there is no mistake to avoid further legal case, and bring healthy financial position back to CC. Thanks.

unpaid management fee of seaview crescent, caribbean coast phase 2 have been refunded into our management account. We are working on chasing more from other estte, phases. Your support will be needed and highly appreciated. Thanks.

Phase one has about six million in reserve account which will be returned after discussion and after the management office can divid our phase accounts which mo hadn't done it yet.
