The Camus XO Chunghwa was launched at the beginning of 2005, as an agreement with the Shanghai Tobacco Group and DFS. While the initial target was China's domestic market and Chinese travellers, it has subsequently moved to Asia and Europe, and most recently, North America.
The aroma is very elegant, with a complex bouquet of baked peach, apricot, and stone fruits alongside higher-toned spicy notes. The palate is very soft, with a perfect balance between fiery spirit and fruity complexity, leading to a smooth and creamy finish of impressive length.
