I already knew that the MO were inept, useless and hopeless but I have just been advised that the outdoor pools will only be open sometime in the middle of May.  This is utter rubbish, this is crap and pathetic; they could not organise the proverbial in a brewery!!!!

Has it really come as a shock to the MO that the cold season is finished?  Why are our pools opening so late?  Compared to other local estates this is poor, poor, poor.  We are being treated like scum.

I could not think that it can get any worse here.

This place is a joke.

I shall join the exodus.

more terrible was that MO filled the phuge outdoor pool with water when MTR/CK was selling the phase 5 houses, then they dry it again right after all houses sold, I wounder who pays the water bill for them to give good impression to the house buyers. I will follow this matter further in the future. Thanks.

Jeff that's not right - the pools have been full until about a month ago, they have not filled them up for when the huts went on sale.
I was hoping the pool would open today (1st May, like last year). The weather was up for it ...

Charles is right the pools were full for all the winter.

Looking down at them in this sunny weather is so frustrating.

How can people working in the MO have any self respect when they deliver such poor, poor, poor client experiences?  I guess they don't consider the owners as clients, we are merely the daft bunch providing all the money.  Something is wrong somewhere.
