2BR, Flat 53E available for rent from 10th June

I am planning to move from my current fully well furnished 2BR apartment in CC on 53rd Floor to a 3BR apartment in CC from 10th June onwards or later.

1) Any takers for the 2BR from 10 June or later? The current rent is HKD 8650. My lease is until March 2011. No brokerage. Nice owner.

2) Anyone aware of a good 3BR (expected area atleast 1100 sq ft and front facing ) available for rent from 10th June or later, please let me know soon.

at 1100sf, you are ruling out the B and G flats at CC.

No not intentional. Its just that I prefer a bigger 3BR apt. However, I'm willing to consider good B and G flats as well.  Thanks.
