Great Japanese place called Gyu Kaku would be awesome at the old Aviator joint!  I used to go there when I lived in Japan.  Seems to be dotted around the world.

Someone get a franchise and make it so!  What a good place! ... Cheesy

Why another Japanese place ?? One across the road and also in the food court. TC needs a great place to go with excellent service and food to match. Why is that so difficult ?? Aviator could have been turned around in three months, with some care, focus and vision. I agree, too big, but space was used all wrong.. Oh well, let's see what comes next... Hear Stormies looked at it, but rental asking is far too high..

Japanese food need not be expensive... although a dude with your heavy wallet probably frequents such high end joints.... Roll Eyes Kanpai!

My money is on 1) more property agents offices and 2) 7-11/Circle K to fill the Av's old space.

It would be great if another pub opened there, provided it was properly managed.  But I'm not holding my breath.

Zentro is ok but it too has lots of problems, starting with poor service.
