like a 15,000 seater stadium so we can go watch professional cricket?
What's wrong with the pitches behind tower 6 or in front of novotel? they're well big enough for the variety of cricket or football that's being played. There's also another pitch behind the police station that is being used before.
I'd suggest to put a (sports) grass area the size of (at least) a regular football pitch for multi sports purpose. Flat, no hills frills or landscaping, just a pitch of grass that gets maintained in proper fashion.
there's a fair amount of golfers in CC, maybe suggest to build an 18-hole public course?
