Went by there Fri nite and mgr said they couldn't serve alcohol due to some license issue. I hope this doesn't mean things are going south for them.

Separately, a couple of weeks ago I heard a rumor that a Dan Ryan's might be opening in the Aviator space. Anyone else heard this?

Zentro has no license so Pub without beer. Just like clubhouse cafe with no coffee and empty swimming pools.

How Tung Chung! Is it something they add to the water here  Wink

Dan Ryan's rumor quashed - not happening. The likelihood of some combination of 7-11s and property agents getting the Aviator space has increased.

With Zentro's license problems we're left with the hotel bar, Starz, and Clubs 7-11 and Circle K. With winter approaching the outdoor venues are not that appealing. I hope Novotel expands their bar area soon, they're likely to see a big spike in trade in the next few months.

50m? They'll probably get a special dispensation from the usual 100m rule.

Judging by the CC bazaar, you just can't have enough property agents. So my money's on at least two more of their offices in the Aviator space.

We went to Zentro the other night and the food was yummy including the desserts.  Service okay but not bad.  With the new Wellcome it was only a quick walk to BYOB.  Still nice considering the options.  Now if we could just move the CC Plaza Korean store beer draft machine a little closer to Zentro we'd be good.

I was misinformed. Zentro does not have its license yet. Manager seemed to think they would have it around Halloween.

Interestingly, the manager also disclosed that there had been a number of noise compliants made against the place by residents in Le Bleu Deux. Guess they would prefer more nice, quiet estate agent offices or 7-11s.

Are there estate agents offices round here?  I've hardly noticed them.

They're not easy to spot, but if you look hard you can find them.  Wink
