Hi, I have already formed a MTR Joint OC that has several estates joined. The link below is one of the actions we have done currently to ask MTR to lower MR and improve estate management matters.

http://orientaldaily.on.cc/cnt/news/20100813/00176_022.html?pubdate=20100813

I am also doing survey with several good OCs in the area and so far we received about 120 replies from CC, CS and SVC residents with many valuable points. There are also about 50 replies online. I will state the facts with figures after 20/10 after I also collect feedbacks from residents of CC Phase 3. Thx all.

I see in the recent poll conducted by OC not one person was for the partitioning. I hope CS have got the message at last.

CS got the message and they stopped the plan, but the OC there blame us that we objected their plan so they can't do it, passing the failaure of the poor planning to others. I don't think this is what a good OC should do there..................

BTW, thx for all contributed your idea, and we did our best to represent you and pass your voice to them, thx again.
