there's a serious construction setup under tower 16 (at bus stop B for route 3 or something) exactly what is happening that would take a full 2 months??
The notice says 'see attached plan' but that is obviously missing. I've asked a few suits and guards about the plan, but it doesn't seem to be their problem;

is this the entrance to the underground people mover?

hi my friend, there is a gap on the top cover between CC and CS over the past years, which means we will get wet in a rainning day, this work is to link up the glass on the cover so we won't get wet from MTR all the way to CC. Thanks.

The management website has the notice which has the information/explanation and photos.  I've also seen it posted in our lobby (T11-12) some time ago.

There still seems to be a gap, but of course the entire cover is too high to provide meaningful protection from wind-driven rain, which frequently occurs in that area, which is like a wind tunnel. Maybe in a couple of years' time they'll be back to 'fix' it again.

We could also point out the gap in the cover near the CS escalator ....
