Hi all our friends in CC, I received complains saying that the phone signal is weak currently. After checking with MO, I am told that they have to remove the equitment for a while and everything should back to normal in JAN. Thanks.

Hi

recently moved to CC and found that mobile signal  for CSL ( that i am using) is quite weak in tower 10 and  no signal in the bazaar area near Park and Shop . Just wondering that is it with all the service providers ( though CSL is considered to have best coverage in hk)

is the weak signal temporary as suggested by Jeff  which was supposed to be corrected by Jan11 but still not done or It will be like this only

Do all providers are like this or this problem is majorly with CSL

Same problem for Smartone.  The problem is no signal/node, not which provider.

Concur about Smartone, signal only middling on high floor in Phase 3/4 and nonexistent in bazaar - which was supposed to be fixed in January per Jeff's post above.

was that January 2011? if so it's gone a lot worse over the last few weeks. Smartone network at Fairwood and Japan Home always was non existing, now I lose network as early as the Green cafe.

not complaining or hoping for any improvement, just another one on the list. Lots of words written and spoken, but not much happening

I used to be able to access the web without a problem from Fairwood on Smartone's network (3-4 bars on iPhone). That stopped in the autumn last year and hasn't returned.  Now even going out the door near Buddy's doesn't help - you have to walk nearly to the bus stop back there to get a signal.

I get a poor signal in the flat.  Used to be nothing in Park'n'Shop but that seems to be back on.  Maybe we've got a roving antennae.....mobile if you pardon the pun.

Questioned MO this issue in the DOC meeting on 28/4/11, and requested them to work with phone operators to ensure acceptAble singal in CC.
