as it takes 2 months to repair the tennis court flooring, I can imagine there is something seriously wrong

* why close the golf driving cage for the whole period as well? the oudoor driving range is well used and it can't be that expensive to keep it in reasonable condition. Also, November to February/March are the pleasant months to have a bit of a work out, the other months can get a bit hot&humid
* similar for indoor golf: there used to be 2 simulators - both have never been maintained properly and have now been removed\shut down alltogether. The initial purchase would have been the hard (and expensive) bit, once it's working it would hardly need much maintenance. Except, of course, if nobody from the 74 club house staff does check how the equipment is used....

the management office of MTR earns over 10 millions MR, i.e. net profit from CC PER YEAR, using up nearly all our revenue and leave not much surplus for an estate with such scale, and refuse to sponsor our facility repairment, especially when our estate is "CK" quality with about 10 years go now. We are working hard to fight MTR for lowering MR from 10% to 7-8% so we can save about 2 million extra dollars per year, and we fight very hard to chase the refund of MTR's unpaid management fee as the big owner over years, that will be another 1.5 millions refund within the coming months. GOOD LUCK TO CC and we will keep working hard for everyone here. Thanks.

there's nothing to repair at the outdoor driving range (could do with a little touch up, but it's been much worse before)

I wonder why there is no Badminton court in CC , when there are so many useless facilities which are either closed for repair or nobody uses them ,  I wonder if they can make a badminton court & Driving range together where they have the outdoor driving range which is rarely used , so it can be used for both if they make it that way ....

Here's a simple one that doesn't involve tilting at windmills or bending MO's arm up their back. Make bus service Pay as you go, franchise the cafe and increase clubhouse fees by 10%. Rationalise the unused facilities and transform to suit residents needs. With the millions you will save you can do all the things you want with the clubhouse such as gym, tennis courts etc.

Does anybody on DOC know how to run a commercial venture? I hope so because with their steady 10% MO certainly aren't interested in entrepreneurial change.

Or shall we just follow the path we seem stuck on. Close everything down to save costs and blame MO.
