Phase 2 AGM, time to choose new OC members

Hi my friends,

I have joined the election of the Phase 2 OC taking place on 25/2 8pm at clubhouse. Please kindly (and tell your friends) attend the meeting on the day or give proxy by 23/2 if possible. I will keep working for our estate as both OC2,3 member. To enter OC2, it allows me to serve phase 2 residents more directly. I would like to have your support too. Thank heaps.

Candidates are starting to collect proxy forms in lobbies 6-9pm from today. Please kindly give a form so we won't waste thausands of dollar in running such meetings, and also enabling hard-working new committee to be born. Thanks.
