Kitchen shelve peels off. Who can fix it?

Take the screws off the bathroom fan and dump the thing in the tub for a wash.  Stick a vaccuum cleaner into the fan.

For the kitchen fan, you need to dump it in the tub with some cleaning solvent like soap and bleach.

As for the peeling, this happens and you need to get some glue and clamp it down to stick.

.......Wait until you see the cracks on the counters.  You will need to find expoxy with the right color for this.
