Anybody know a freelance computer tech that can visit TC to check out problems with wireless service? Tnx

if you describe the problem maybe we can help here. If it's a normal home/soho router there can't be much wrong with it - it either works or it doesn't (unless it's the configuration  Wink )

I'm tech stupid, but we have had to reset the PCCW broadband router password 5x this year (got a new one before the last 2 resets). PCCW said our wireless router signal was not powerful enough. Sometimes daughter has to take her laptop out of her room to get wireless--but--why do we need to keep resetting PCCW password; and after the last reset, the computer can't communicate with the printer (even with usb cable). Brand new computer as well.....
