The 360 restaurant and bar, bellow the Cable Car Station has been taken over and they have started serving Malaysian Cuisine.
2 new Indian cooks running the show, taste and quality of food was good and there seemed to choice with the beer as well.
Looks like they are also getting a chef to cook Italian and are planning to get the furniture changed.
Sunny who used to own Curry Corner is running this place now.

curry corner's insurance payout well invested let's hope it comes together as it's a very nice location, and very good for kids to run around as well is that Bay of Bengal on the ferry pier open yet?

What ferry pier are we talking about? I'm glad that somebody seems to have faith that a well run bar in TC will have a future. I still shudder when I think about the Aviator.

ok, you know the funny roundabout with all the airport vans & limo's waiting? you know where the ferry to Tuen Mun\Tai O lands ? That's the one ... walk down on the pier, stay on the left. At the very end there is a restaurant being built. Great location, possibly the far left of this pic, at the very end!

And in keeping with the CC mandate for maximum use of all facilities it will make more efficient use of that pier, which is mainly used by local people for fishing.

Shame that the 360 has probably gone from bad to worse.....has anyone ever had a good meal or survived the meals from Curry Corner? Check out the threads on this web site as they are not good.
Cheers,
Vince

Tried this place and found most of the ex Aviator staff working there.
The service was good and the staff friendly. The menu was a photocopy mish mash and what you get looks nothing like the pictures. I have to say the food was pretty poor and in my opinion was food court quality at HK prices. So I would say in summary, its a good spot for a drink and to listen to the live music Fri/Sat but don't eat there.
Cheers,
Vince

funny, I went a few weeks ago (a saturday evening) and the only thing that pleased was the food and the price. Service was slow (and bad) but as they're still sorting things out I thought to let them go on for a few weeks and check it out again. If the big screen shows sports (super 15 final on Saturday perhaps?) I've got no issue to try again
agreed on the menus, very frustrating when the wife wants to order something that wasn't in my menu - great wars can kick off very easily. Also accepting credit cards in a restaurant is a must (I'm sure they will have soon if not already)

Because of what I read here we gave it a try. Food good, service good but no credit cards will control my time spent there. There isn't an ATM nearby either. They told me live music on Saturday nights, any good?
If they put a restroom on the pier does it mean the porta pots will go away? I could do without the aroma on my jog by. Don't get me wrong porta pots are better than nothing.

Dropped in on this place on Sunday afternoon. Quite unbelievable. We walked in and there was only one table occupied. The manager didn't even look up to see us and we almost had to grab him from behind the cash register to get his attention. Even then he wasn't really that interested in serving us....
A quick drink then off.
Food did smell good though, although the prices were higher than I was expecting from looking at the menu.
