Hi, does anyone know how or where to find the roller fitted to the balcony sliding door of CC Phase 3,   Huh?

My balcony sliding door is very hard to move, I checked and found that 3 out of 4 rollers (wheels) fitted to the bottom of door are cracked & need to be replaced.

After removed one roller (wheel), I can not find the brand, but only the number "60822". I have asked many people/shops at Tung Chung and Mong Kok for the part, still no a shop can trace one.

The door can not be installed now, pls help to give any clue, appreciated.

check out with Fu Kee at Caribbean Coast Mall .... the shop opposite Circle K ... the cost will be around HKD600 ... no need to change the door or anything ...

Guys how can you even get at the roller? We are in phase 1 and originally thought we could  just lift the door up and pull out, but i cant get it high enough to clear the bottom.  Maybe phase 2/3 are different but still worth asking.  I prefer to avoid giving fu kee money whenever possible.

Re: jayd1976
Thank you very much, I'll contact them to see.

Re: giantsean
Maybe phase 2/3 are different from phase 1, but I still think you can move out the door from the track. There are 2 screws at the bottom side of the sliding door, I guess you need to adjust the screws first.

Thanks Huang.  These screws... are they accessible from the outer surface of the door or just underneath?  Our doors have no visible screws whatsoever. Its like the whole thing was installed as a unit including the frame.

No holes unfortunately... just metal. Ill try to take a photo but maybe i am stuffed.  Thanks cheung kong for that great choice.

From what i can see phase 1 also has no guide on the top of the door and only one wheel track.  I can feel the wheels underneath but cant really get anything to them. I can feel a few screws holding them down and one long scew that seems to go through the wheel unit parallel to the direction of door travel
