Be careful of "Hair studio" at Futong

HI friends..
Just wanted to tell you to be careful of the saloon HAIR STUDIO in FuTong , a friend of mine went there yesterday , the staff talks sweetly first & agrees to everything we ask , but then they are unable to do the job & instead spoil the original hair & colour , on top of that they ask for full payment knowing that they made a blunder , otherwsie threatened to call Police .... Be very careful even if you still dare to go there ....

Are you referring to the "Natural Hair Studio" on the corner near the "Maple" store?

I went there today and got a great cut by Steven.

Natural Hair however somehow made roots lighter than rest of hair & burned my scalp in 2009, local shop didn't make it right but corporate did.

Maybe you should contact the corporation: info@newidol.com It is easy for a junior stylist to mess up but the company should always make it right. Good luck.
