Just wanted to share this with everyone.  I got the flyer at our last Green Fair or whatever it was called.  Anyway you can participate or just visit and you can also get organic veggies for the season.  The lady I spoke with is Joyce Ng (3480-7883) who is very helpful.  They have a website www.tc.ymcahk.org.hk/organic_farm, so nice to see this sort of thing here in Tung Chung.

I walked over there today, scorching.  A couple gardeners were tending their areas.  Joyce gave quick tour & mentioned that they will be selling produce here in CC every Wednesday.  Nice option & good cause.

you can also rent a small patch of earth from them to grow your own stuff.  when we went last year, there weren't that many veggies to buy, am glad to see that their hard work has paid off and are producing sufficient quantities to sell.

I've learned to call in ahead and reserve Okra and other faves.  Who would have thought so many people eat Okra?
