Maybe there are health benefits for blood cholesterol, but if the 9 billion other magic weight loss remedies available on the market turn out to be anything but, then I expect this to be no different.

You have access to a small, but reasonably functional gym in the club house.  Come work out with us instead of wasting your money on this trash. We'll get you lean and strong.

LOL, I wonder if you all are as entertaining in person.

Speaking of the gym...I stopped going to Phase 1 because it was causing an increase in blood pressure w/ the screaming children.

Yeah, the kiddies drive me nuts, too.  But that's what headphones are for.  Also, it's a bit better in the evenings, as the parents apparently bring their demon spawn to torment victims elsewhere (or maybe they just go to bed.  I don't know).

Ha, well you are lucky if headphones drowned out the fits or persons yelling at them.  I shouldn't have to damage my hearing with headphones to avoid them.  They also disturb the library reading, too bad really as we've all paid equally for the enjoyment of the clubhouse.  If I were to make such a disturbance I'd be removed.  I have young friends and they just aren't allowed or were trained to use indoor voices indoors or they are taken home.  I'm sure not everyone cares as much.  I don't blame the kids, it is the parents.

BTW resident meeting tonight re. formation of Recreation & Clubhouse Working Group, 8pm
