Can anyone explain why it was a good idea to delay the opening of the swimming pool from May to June but extend the closing from end Sept to end Oct?  Seems like an awful waste of money as there is hardly anyone using it at the moment....  why not shut Phase 2 and keep Phase 1 open as they did before?

I'm extremely sorry but I work during weekdays. I'll be there Saturday and Sunday morning
if you want to discuss money wasting there's plenty of subjects, leave the pool open while it lasts. If you go complaining they'll reopen it in July 2016 to save a few dollars.

Ha ha - good point.  I was only trying to suggest that if we only get a 5 month opening window of the pool, surely it should be over the months that are on average the warmest.  I would say that typically May is better than October for that.... but I could be wrong.

Enjoy your weekend swim!

The construction work turns the water in Phase 1 swimming pool very murky.
