New Indian/Malaysian restaurant on TC pier

Has anyone been to the new Indian/Malay restaurant at the end of the Tung Chung Pier?
I've walked down there during the day, and seen it in quite a sorry state (obviously the mess from the previous night). The general surroundings are decidedly shabby as well. Does anyone have any feedback re the place? Cheers

Been there today, it's malaysian/thai restaurant. Same owner as the new indian restaurant in 360.

How's the food?
How are the prices?
Busy there?
It seems like an interesting location...

Was there yesterday. The place was empty, my family were the only ones there.
They make Malaysian and Thai.
The Roti Canai and Roti Telur (Plain and Egg Fluffy Roti) was excellent, the Malaysian Chicken Curry was decent.
It Cost 170 for the 2 of us. They didn't charge for the small portion of noodles for my Son, was a nice gesture.
Hope the Quaility is maintained. Service was excellent, but I was the only one so got all the attention:-), will need to see how it holds up when the crowds start coming in.

Are there proper toilets or do you just use the porta pots up near the road?

Went there yesterday for lunch. Three tables occupied...we both had the curry and gado gado. Had no problems with quality and service (curry wd have been acceptable in Penang)--Tiger nice and cold and absent that sickly sweet taste one tends to get in HK compared with Malaysia/Singapore.
Look forward to visiting when the weather is hot and one can see past the airport--definitely deserves support.

Tried this place today. Good marks for effort, but sorely lacking floor staff so the manager seemed to have to take all orders, deliver all food and clear all tables. Everyone else was in the kitchen. Food was fine, pretty average to be honest but I would avoid the King Prawn Malaysian style curry that was a chef special. Very strange texture, almost stuck your mouth together with the amount of corn startch in it. Rendang made up for it though. Not bad at all.
They've ditched the Indian twist though and gone Thai / Malaysian.

Might need to take back those comments. One of our group has been up all night with food poisoning and considering this place was the only place she ate yesterday, the list of suspects is short.

i have been tempted to try it so many times. but its literally empty usually and you can well imagine the food freshness!
its owned by the same guy as at 360 bar & grill, and the food is prices at SOHO level with tung chung quality
thanks for the update. would remind myself whenever I am tempted to try this
