Jeff hope the broken links beside the MTR track can be connected so that we can cycle from CC to Sunny Bay without going under the flyover.

We'd better enjoy that MTR road while we can. Once construction begins on the public housing estate, not to mention reclamation and work on the Lantau end of the super bridge, I have a feeling that road will be off limits.

Thx for your info and support. Things are not confirmed dye to the red tape of gov ways of doing things, but I have successfully seduced the senior officers cross different related department to:

1. Reduce the rato and scale of future development
2. Increase commercial land in TC to balance the current power of shop owners, in order to lower rent and having more everyday and local business as well as more affordable products and services
3. Ask them to consider a sportground and an international primary school here in TC
4. Consider and protect the interest of existing residents before any action and instead of simply plan the most of non-existing development, etc.

I hope my communication with officers can add value to TC. Thx.

Regards,
Jeff Lam
