@giantsean...I guess you ask the lobby desk to call for food home deliveries also on your behalf.
C'mon, pick the phone up yourself and make
the quick call and book a taxi. Not that difficult - believe me.
Then your guess would be wrong as the desk never offered such a service.
Look I call red taxis all the time since they a) always pick up the phone and, b) can speak English. My point isnt how hard it is/was, its just illustrating yet another thing the MO took away. Be nice to get something for a change.
