Hi friends, more bike parking spaces are coming soon to CC. Hope it helps the bike users as well as a better management of common area (unauthorised parking in buildings, etc.)

covered/uncovered, guarded, paid, etc etc
we've seen the bike parking area under the footbridge, is that what you meant?

covered, fee like $300 per year to avoid unneccessary parking, good management will be provided, CCTV-covered too, etc.

saw nice bikes at the shop in Mui wo yesterday, but not ready to park them in the flat or just on the groundfloor. Bikes are reasonably cheap, but I wouldnt mind 300HKD/year to store them safely and protected from heat, wind and rain.

but when?

unlikely - Jeff has mentioned CCTV coverage, unfortunately the cameras on the estate do NOT work ... There's an awful lot of people in uniform doing nothing but balcony towel spotting. That's on a productive day.

Lol... apparently they only watch towels, coz my neighbor has his bike hanging from his balcony. Can't blame him, as there are still no parking spaces for bikes...  Shocked
