I must say I do like all the flora and fauna, just like a tropical paradise in the Caribbean, however do they really need to change the plants so often?
If they planted annual rather than short term plants maybe we would save a bit of cash on the landscaping count.
Do we subcontract this to the MTR, thus giving them an override on the planting or is it an independent contractor?
Dont you just love the little signs telling us the names of the plants?

In some location .. plant is still under Cheung Konng (like in front of outdoor swimming pool phase 2).
