so wat u r saying is that u have 10 flats in CC?

I don't have that many in Caribbean Coast. Generally, this is home for me. However, the income generating potential seems kind of weak here because of how transient I feel the rental market seems to be.
As for parking which is the subject of this thread, I really wanted one but I had in my heart a price of HK$250,000+. But given the Euthoria of the situation, I would have to wait a while because $0.5M for a space is 2X my price target. Mind you, many would say that the price that I am asking for is ridiculously low given market conditions. But look how weak the market is. I'm just sitting on cash + high income generators and waiting for this recession to turn bad to worst to a long haul.
I figured that the parking would drop to $250,000 - 300,000 eventually for an acceptable rate. We would probably go through a period when tenants are fewer, cars are fewer and interest rates higher. Thus, demand will drop for parking spaces. Then then the price of parking spaces go down in price.
In any event, I'll get my parking space around my price range.....but it is a waiting process.
