I see that the last phase of CC is under way. Does anyone know how many floors it is as it looks as if it will take the sea view (when it is not hazzy) from the front apartments, or at least those on lower floors?

Thanks,

From Wiki:

Quote
Garden Houses
According to the latest amendment plan, a total of 56 houses will be built. Each house is 4-storey high and size from 3,000 sq ft to 3,800 sq ft each, attached with private ground garden. The original plan was to build 10 low-rise buildings as be part of Phase VI.

But then again, aren't we supposed to have a barbecue area and rock-climbing wall...

Thanks for this info.

As there is a large crane on the site now I was begining to suspect that it was goign to be a 12 story job like the one in front of Coastal S.

Not sure where the BBQ area is but the rock climbing wall is in front of Tower 16 on the left. Have not yet seen any climbers on it yet thought!

BBQ area located on the top of indoor swimming pool of Phase 2 . I asked management people , they said that area still manage by Cheung Kong .. schedule of handover to management of CC on summer 2008.

I have sent the letter to Cheung Kong customer service asking for detail info .. it is not fair for resident of CC since Cheung Kong has already hand over all the property but the progress is too slow for public are ex: BBQ

Also the plant in front of outdoor swimming pool phase 2 still under Cheung Kong ... management of CC told me if the CK can meet the deadline , management of CC will order new plant / new landscape and will deduct from the deposit of Cheung Kong.

Alot of my friends wanted to have a BBQ Party but we have yet to have one in Caribbean Coast..

I tried BBQ in Coastal Skyline and it would be really nice to have it in Caribbean Coast.
