I went to this company and realize the "kid" did not know his pricing, operating abilities, and how to manage projects.

What happened to you?

I paid this co. first because I trusted that it's reliable (it's introduced by Ricacorp Property agency), and the co. boss said he would finish the job according to my requirement, but the outcome is shit... they just did the half job but saying it's finished already.  Angry

I tried to talk to the boss, however he said this is the thing he agreed to, no more bother him !!! He refused to take any responsibility and he refused to finish the incomplete job !!

Since I already paid him, I had no other way to bargain with him, so in here I want to share this with you all so you can stay away from this co and would not be cheated.

Hello A Sir,

I sympathize with you.  I agree with you that they are not good.  I talk to the guy to size him out and realized that he did not have the hands on and management skills to even build a cubboard.

I had experience working with low educated people when I was doing consulting work in the electrical construction industry many years ago.  These are people whom are driven by the whip and carrot.

Hence, NEVER give all the money for the job.  ALWAYS, hold off on a large portion of the job.  Otherwise they will not complete the work.

May I ask what did you ask them to do?

Renovate the whole apartment, including the painting, fixing, etc.,

The one opposite Fu Kee isn't professional at all too.

They even didn't know how to install the blinds properly which they order made for me! When defects found on products and replacement was a must, they even tried to make up different excuses and ask for extra $$$ from their clients!! They even told me it was their first time doing blind installation job!

They know nothing about responsibilities & professionalism! Angry

Hilariously, I paid for the job but I was the one who did the installation jobs eventually.

Now I'm expert.  Cheesy

I always love DIY. I don't trust those interior design firms as tons of negative feedback found on the net, newspapers, and from friends. I painted the whole flat walls myself with 5 layers each except ceiling 2 layers. But eventually paid a good painter strongly recommended by friend to take care my living room as 2 small parts of the ceiling started peeling off and I needed to out town.

Blind from IKEA is good enough for the study room but due to size limitation especially for the small side window got to order made without choice.

My blinds had been replaced twice with different qualities and installation parts. There would have had more drilling holes if I didn't take over the installation job. Angry
