anyone can share some experience on the tenant quality in CC ?
I met 1 who's sucks last year, she left the "Su Zhou Shit" to me ......

Ideally it should work both ways. i.e. good tenants make for good landlords and vice versa.
I've had (mostly) good landlords so far, and try to behave in the same way...

so far, I found tenants in CC and TC are very good, relatively speaking of co, but owners' rights are also very important, especially our rights in dealing with MO, paying the fee for fair management and good practice.
