Saw an ad in today's Standard for the lease of a 3,000 sq ft restaurant space on the Podium of CC. Where the heck can that be? Any ideas?

I wonder if they are going to employ more security guards to watch over the place?
Who owns the podium? If it is us then the inomce can go towards the HK$12m loss that the club house has each year?

They must be talking about where the LBD sales office is new. They will soon sell out the LBD flats, and then rent out that space |

Hopefully someone will open a NICE restaurant around here. I`m so tired of Pacific Coffee... and the Aviator`s service is a joke. Food takes minimum 45 minutes to get to your table, even when there`s nobody there!
