Dog Park

With all the country parks around HK i doubt people would travel all the way to TC paying road tolls etc just to come to some little dog park.

Don't count on it. Some people consider their pets like children and treat them accordingly. There's also this unique HK pet owner meet, greet and socialise thing which for outsiders is as strange as people who go to Star Trek Conventions. The government didn't build it just for CC you know? Did you read the SCMP article a few months back?

Youtube has a lot of copyright material and it takes someone to point it out to have it removed. Someone out there is a killjoy and thats really too bad. 

At least you got to watch it while it was up.
