I only take the shuttle buses a few times a week but the infrequency of the Phase 2 buses, compared with the Phase 1 ones, is deplorable.

It is particularly noticeable on the MTR to CC journey. Frequently two Phase 1 buses will appear for one Phase 2 bus. Last Saturday lunchtime and yesterday afternoon, the discrepancy increase to three (two small, one large) Phase 1 buses versus just one (large) for Phase 2.

Obviously this morning things were a little crazy. Seeing the queue for the Phase 2 bus wind its way back and forth all the way to the children's playground, I walked over to Phase 1 and marched straight onto a bus. And so did some other Phase 2/3/4 residents from what I could tell.

While I can appreciate the fact that the management would prefer residents (particularly those in the later Phases) to walk to the MTR, does the level of management fees between the Phases reflect this difference in bus service?

Uhm!   We waited and waited at the MTR for a phase 1 bus a couple of weeks back during which time 3 phase 2 buses came and went.......

more frequent short busses.  I have taken the short bus and it drives alot faster.  The big bus often runs at 1/2 capacity.  It would probably use more fuel as it is a larger vehicle, and so this is a cost that can be saved, while increasing efficiency and shorter travel times.
