I'm looking for a part-time helper to come and cook - three days during the week (3hours max./day) and several hours on Sunday (other basic household chores on Sunday as well).

I know it's been said before but be very careful. Maids in HK on a Domestic Worker visa cannot work part time for anybody other than their employer/sponsor.

Anybody who employs someone on this casual basis commits a CRIMINAL offence which Immigration always prosecute.

Just not worth the risk so check their ID's and visa. Saying you didn't know isn't a defence.
