Hi, can anyone tell me the best way to report issues to Management?  I can't find an email address; should I go to the Management Office?

Difficult to catch though. You have to stalk them for days as they are very timid & won't come out when people are about. Grin

Na, there are doznes of them hiding out. However I have managed to get a 'working' relationship with Harrison so he takes my calls and looks into my grippes, even if it is at a very snail type speed...

When I call and ask for Harrison, do I say I am the Masked Vigilante - protector of the poor and weak or just plain Zorro?

He's going to get more calls than American Idol Grin

what i did was ay if they did not ifx the problem i would do it myself and then take them to the small claims to get the cost back. copied it to MO as well as C Kong. 3 days later they were on the case... althought not yet 100% repair, they are under way...  Wink
