I wonder how could keep the flat in the same condition after rented(used) out for 2 years. Atleast the kitchen sink and bath tub would fade into yellow. It is hard to keep as brand new after few year old.

I am writing in regards to flat rental in the Caribbean Coast Area! I represent a company called Kale Consultants in India. They are a software development firm and have secured a contract with Cathay Pacific to work on their internal software developments! A team of software developers will arrive HK on Tuesday the 7th of October and therefore I am in urgent need to arrange for a serviced apartment in the area! Please if you have an apartment up for rent we would like it and are ready to pay a higher than expected rent! On the other hand if you do know of someone who has their flat up for rent please do let me know!

Good tenant pays high rent, pays for all damages, treats the flat like there own or better, and pays the rent on time, accepts renting increases easily and politely.

Actually, I am looking for the tenant who are planning to live in CC with their small family for not less than 2 years. Also, if the tenant is serving in local airline, it would be more wonderful.
