Hi All,

My sister and mum are visiting from Australia soon, and our flat is a little too small for all of us. They are keen to rent a flat in Tung Chung (ideally Caribbean Coast, but Coastal Skyline etc. would be OK) for a couple of weeks between October 29 and November 18.  They are both very clean and tidy Smiley

Please contact me on naomiborkowski@gmail.com if you have or know of any flats for short-term rent during this period.

Thanks a lot.

It was not a joke.

Too many culture differences and too many bad experience.  This is a well known experience from people in Hong Kong and China.  Take the fact or leave it.  You can counter and agrue and I don't care.

FYI.  India kicked out all the Chinese in the late 19060s and early 1970s and took all their possessions.  How would you like that?

Hey BM,

This is your property so the choice is yours.

However, naomiburkowski sounds European to me.

What kind of possessions, Big Moonie ? Things like forks, knives, spoons and plates ? Good thing they left the chopsticks and rice bowls behind.
Dude, you could the George Bush of the Far East !!!

It's about mindshare nowadays.  Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Mousellini, Gorbachev are yesterday's news.  GB is more current and is living in an age of internet media.  There's more people in the world too.

I don't give a shit.  It is my properties.  It is legal to choose whom I rent to.
True.  I cannot argue with this.
I am not a public figure.  I just earn my money and keep it.
Great! You have never put yourself up to be anything more than a personally motivated individual and that's fair. Your perspectives do not affect me in the very least.

I learn from the Devil and will appear in whatever form necessary to meet the objective of the job.
Shocked This was a bit on the creepy side, and no one asked for you to expose this.

Agent K:
Why don't you do the say thing to me as you did Dr.Bubb?  He comments in the other site he is in is good.  Come on.  Give me an internet punch between the pants.  Try to insult me.  I am one of the Devil's demons.  How bad can you insult me?  The financial markets are weak and this is normal.  People over invested....boo hoo.  How else is money made?  And it is legal.  Insult me, call me names, tell me how bad I am, and talk to me about ethics.  You are just way too emotional.

Where did this come from? Undecided

As non-leaders, we simply lead ourselves and make our own decisions.  As mentioned before in a different post, I respect your honesty.

I understand that you may feel sad about your guru leaving this forum and I am too.  That was not the intention.  Your guru was always a constant self-promoter, who was trying to manipulate his readers and create a market that no longer existed.  I understand that his "leadership" may have been during the good times.  I think that it was coincidental that pointing out his ways on the forum during this time of economic crisis and his choice time to depart is to his benefit.

I don't take a stance against everybody as a whole.  Perhaps that's what DrBubb might want people to think.  If your guru would return, I've promised that I would let bygones be bygones.  What more can I say? I am human, so I can get emotional at times, as so can you.

Smiley  We both want what's best for CC. We shouldn't be fighting because there isn't any conflict between us.

Good for you.  I will hide it in public and show it here.  Boo hoo.  But it is from 1946.  So can you find something more current?  1946 was a little too long ago.

Quote from: from the link:
Studies going back over 50 years have repeatedly arrived at the same conclusion -- racists have lower IQs than non-racists. The average intelligence quotient (IQ) of all members of the human race is 100 on the Stanford-Binet scale, as illustrated in the bell curves in the figure below. The average IQ of racists is up to 4 IQ points less than this (Montagu 1952 & 1988, Allport 1946, Frenkel-Brunswick and Sanford 1945). The reasons this is true are not entirely clear. Does racism attract the unintelligent or do the unintelligent default into racist mentalities? An exploration of this phenomenon can be most informative

I believe that racism is taught at a young age. For things that you have been taught at a young age, you can always go back to as a basic and does not necessarily indicate low IQ, but the average statistic does increase the likelihood.

I don't think Big Moonster aka "I see you" is being his normal self right now as the market conditions are just killing everyone who is exposed.  When times are good, it brings out the best in everyone and the opposite is true when times are bad.

It's just a reality that there will be racially biased people in society.  If anyone remembers, 15 years ago mainland chinese people were the butt of all jokes in every culture.  I had told my wife that all those people will eat their words within 10 years.  Here we are today and China is the next world power.  It kinda scares me because most of the mainland chinese people are not educated enough to handle the pride that will come with being number 1. (if you are offended by my saying that the PRC is not educated enough, then you are probably not educated enough).

With power comes responsibility. (this statement may be outdated as well)

Something more recent... "A genius is a genius, regardless of the number of morons who belong to the same race -- and a moron is a moron, regardless of the number of geniuses who share his racial origin."
